There is no question that 1492 is one of the most important moments in American history. Most kids still hear that Columbus “sailed the ocean blue,” but many schools now skip the voyage and villainize Christopher Columbus. As a result, few kids really understand what happened, why it happened, and how that landing opened the way for the nation we live in today. The calendar can change. The history should not.

That’s why we created The Kids Guide to the Discovery of America. This important guide will help your kids learn who Columbus was, what he was searching for, what he found, and why that voyage still belongs in the American story — told straight, without the rewrite.

Because we want every child to have the opportunity to learn the truth about how America began, we want to give your family this guide with our compliments. As a bonus, we’re including The Kids Guide to the Mayflower & The First Thanksgiving, so your kids can see the next chapter: the Pilgrims who crossed the Atlantic in search of freedom, landed on these shores, and gave us the first Thanksgiving. You just need to pay $1 in s&p for each guide, which is a small price to pay to help your children understand how the New World was reached — and how a free people came to stay.

When you order, we’ll also include instant access to The Kids Guide Online, giving your family access to dozens of entertaining video lessons, flip-books, and more. Plus as part of this special offer, we’ll send your kids two new Kids Guides featuring valuable patriotic lessons, plus other important subjects schools don’t teach, every three weeks for only $14.98 each ($29.96 per shipment).

Along with each shipment, your family will enjoy uninterrupted access to The Kids Guide Online at no added cost. You can cancel at any time. And, if you’re not 100% satisfied, let us know within 30 days to receive a full refund of your purchase price.
